The 2nd house available for rent has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. This house can easily sleep 6-7 people as there is a large leather couch in the family room that can accomodate the 7th person. Both houses are located about a 1/4 mile from the beach and are located a few miles north of downtown San Felipe so you can enjoy all the city has to offer without any of the unwanted noise when you want to relax at home.

Both houses are less than 2 years old so they are in excellent condition and they come with a fully functional kitchen, satelitte TV, leather couches, side patios, roof top patios, and full use of the garage. Each house has breathtaking views of the beach and downtown San Felipe.

Holiday's include but are not limited to: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Baja 250 weekend, etc. There are no discounts given for multi-night or week long rentals during the holiday period; however a discount can be given if you decide to rent both houses during a holiday period, please inquire.

These are very affordable rates for a house of this quality and you will not find cheaper rates anywhere else.
